Rates
$150.00 for 1.5 hr Initial Assessment
$ 100.00 for 50 minute individual session ; $120.00 for 75 minutes to 90 minutes session
$ 120.00 for 50 minute couples/family session; $150.00 for 75-90 minutes session
***above rates apply to individuals who prefer to pay directly for services***
DISCOUNTED and/or SLIDING SCALE rates are also available based on individual assessments of ability to pay.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis - please see above
Payment
Cash or check payments are accepted. Payments are due at time of service
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
